Our sales staff has the expertise to help you plan and execute your event in a number of ways.

Experience: With over 40 years in the rental industry we have the insight and knowledge to see the whole picture when it comes to your event. Having the experience necessary to anticipate common mistakes will provide you with the priceless gift of peace of mind.

Vendor Familiarity: We pride ourselves on maintaining strong relationships with many local vendors, including caterers, photographers, florists and venue sites. Having critical knowledge about these companies and their specific services provides flawless partnerships that leave little room for error when planning your event.

Showroom: Our website is a great place to get started when deciding on items for your event. However, we understand that some people are more visual and prefer to see items in person. Feel free to stop by our showroom to view sample items, and linen colors available.

Reliable Staff: When you work with Porter Rents, you can be sure that your items will be delivered on-time, clean and well prepared. We can accommodate delivery and pick-up Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. Our drivers are also available to assist with set-up and tear-down of tables, chairs, umbrellas…etc with advance arrangements.
