Rental Policies, Terms & Conditions

  • All rental charges are for time out whether equipment is used or not.

  • Reservations are recommended on party rental equipment. Reservations may be made at any time.

  • Deposits are required at time of reservation. Deposits are applied to your rental order and the balance is due upon receipt of equipment.

  • All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to event to avoid loss of deposit.

  • Delivery and pick up is available. Deliveries and pickups will occur between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. Additional charges will be made for areas not easily accessible to delivery vehicles or for elevators, steps. A normal distance is considered 15 feet from our truck. Charges may also apply if customer requires a specific time delivery and/or pick up. All deliveries made to halls, churches, and restaurants etc. must be paid 48 hours prior to delivery. Porter Rents is not responsible for moving any customer property.

  • All rental equipment should be stacked, dishware rinsed, and returned to their original containers.

  • Equipment should be stored in area protected from water, rain, snow, sprinkles, etc. All damage is customer’s responsibility and is charged at retail price.

  • Setup and takedown service is available at an additional charge. Please arrange in advance.
